Contact the nonprofit of your choice and schedule a time to go in and volunteer with them after the Questival. (PLEASE if you complete this challenge make sure to honor your commitment). #integrity

Make a list of your most proud moments and your most shameful moments of 2017. Make some goals for the last quarter.
Make a 15 second demonstrating you know what and where watershed areas are in Utah. (tap this challenge for a reference map)
Film a 15 second review of your questival experience. Include pros and cons.
Film yourself trick or treating at a friends house that is not participating in the questival.
Make a 15 second music video for the song Ghostbusters by Ray Parker Jr
Find or make a souvenir that will remind you of the past 24 hours.
Carve a beautiful profile picture of a llama into a pumpkin. #pumpkinspicellamatte
Ghost someone whilst wearing a classic "bedsheet" ghost costume
Decorate your face like a cake. Frosting, sprinkles, whip cream, etc. Get a teammate to taste your fancy face.
Go bobbing for a fruit or vegetable of your choice, anything except apples!
Take a picture in the photobooth at Venture Out! Millfreaks anytime between 3-6pm at Canyon Rim Park (2900 E 3100 S)
Eat an entire can (15 oz minimum) of canned pumpkin baking filling as fast as you can. Post your time in the video description.
Tandem cartwheel with a teammate for at least one full rotation. (need a lesson? tap this challenge then tap GO >)
Knit a tiny scarf for a cat then give it to a cat.
Smash a pie in one of your teammates face, pumpkin or otherwise. Slow motion video.
Collect a variety of different colored fall leaves, at least 6 different shades of colors. Give them to someone's mom.
Purchase the largest pumpkin you can find and do 'kettlebell' squats with it in your strong arms.
As a team make a video showing us a pumpkin carving technique on a real pumpkin.
Arm wrestle a stranger not participating in questival, while armwrestling another stranger lefty, that's right double armwrestling.
Put on your favorite costume from your childhood and take pictures with 5 strangers with their permission. Post a collage.
Take a picture of a ghost.
Give a handful of wrapped Halloween candy to a stranger you see on the street.
In a space that allows, purchase and shot put a pumpkin (the size of a shot put shot) as far as you can and measure the distance. Clean up whatever mess you make.
Challenge a non-Questival participant to a jump rope competition in a public space that is not check-in or a checkpoint. Provide the jump ropes and offer a prize if they win. #goodsportsmanship
Give a stranger a compliment in your best foreign accent, make them feel bueno.
Create a team logo or crest and draw it on your totem. Make sure to include OKTOBER 2017.
Climb the highest tree you can find and take a photo of your view from the top
Feed a meal from a street vendor to one of your teammates only using your knees.
As a team hold a "wall sit" as long as you can.
Timelapse footage of your entire team holding a team plank as long as possible. One teammate may film. #respect. Don't forget your totem.
Have a teammate do 50 consecutive unbroken pushups and submit a timelapse video of the feat (don't forget your totem).
Checkpoint 1 - TIMEFRAME (noon-2pm) - Find the Cotopaxi team at Liberty Park, complete the challenge and post a team photo showing your checkpoint 1 stamp. Plan extra time, checkpoint closes at 2:00pm exactly.

Hold a door open for a stranger, sincerely compliment them as they come through the door.
Educate yourself on a current bill being discussed in the Utah house/Senate (ie, HR 3990). Give us a 15 second review.
Brush your teammate's teeth for them, turn the water off whilst brushing. (save water, what what!).
While camping in the wilderness dowse a campfire.
Do something nice for a tourist/visitor out enjoying the city, make their day special.
***PRIZE CHALLENGE*** Camp overnight in a tent in the wilderness give an MTV Cribs style tour of your entire campsite. (Sorry yard/house camping doesn't count)
Perform a magic trick for a stranger on the street and tell them you ran out of treats.
Howl like a werewolf in front of the setting or rising sun
Find a peaceful outdoors space, sit down and take 5 minutes to relax in silence and enjoy the moment. (Timelapse, don't forget your totem)
