Do a humans of New York style post about someone you meet during the 24 hours of Questival who is not a part of the Questival use the caption to tell the story. (Don't forget your totem)
Create a unique Oregon souvenir and give it to Callan (Cotopaxi staff) at one of the Cotopaxi checkpoints. Callan must approve.

Research the symptoms of heat stroke then make a 15-sec video sharing how to spot the symptoms.
Eat at a roadside diner, order the 12th thing on the menu.
Take a photo in the Gazebo at the end of the Smith and Bybee Lakes Hike.
Have a teammate do 50 consecutive unbroken pushups and submit a timelapse video of the feat (don't forget your totem).
