Create a 15 second informational video about the work of one of Cotopaxi's grantees.
Make a 15 second commercial for the City of Vancouver
Film a 15 second review of your questival experience. Include pros and cons."
Collect all of the garbage you create during your adventure and take a picture of it in the final two hours of Questival then recycle/compost what you can.
Find the highest public vantage point you can and take a picture of the Vancouver skyline.
Take a creative team picture with a Canadian flag in the background.
It is NOW the end of your 24th hour of Questival, share with us the best photo/video of where you ended up. Don't forget the totem.
COMPLETE BOTH COTOPAXI CHECKPOINT CHALLENGES - Submit team photo with both passport stamps visible.
Checkpoint 2 - TIMEFRAME (6pm-7pm) - Find the Cotopaxi team at Queen Elizabeth Park, near the fountain. Complete the challenge and post a team photo showing your checkpoint 2 stamp. Plan accordingly the challenge takes some time to complete.
Challenge another team to a 20 foot cartwheel race. Two totems required in submission.
Tandem cartwheel with a teammate for at least one full rotation. (need a lesson? tap this challenge then tap GO >)
Pick up 100 pieces of trash at a local park, recycle what you can and put the rest in the trash. Take a video clearly showing what you gathered.
Research the symptoms of heat stroke then make a 15-sec video sharing how to spot the symptoms.
Research how to correctly treat a snake bite then make a 15-sec video sharing what you learned.
Wave goodbye to a ship in Canada Place.
Perform a random act of kindness. Include a short text explanation in your comment. Do something meaningful and make it count!
Video a teammate throwing a doughnut hole as fast as they can at another teammate's face (Protect your eyes!).
Arm wrestle a stranger not participating in questival, while armwrestling another stranger lefty, that's right double armwrestling.
Do your best parkour moves at a local park. Loudly state the word "Parkour" while performing these daring moves.
Leave a book at a little free library/tiny library (not a public or city library). Take a video explaining your addition. #readingisFUNdamental
Take a photo outside the narrowest freestanding office building.
Picture collage riding 2 separate forms of personal transit (i.e. bikes, scooters, etc.)
Feed a meal from a street vendor to one of your teammates only using your knees.

As a team hold a "wall sit" as long as you can.
Find an awesome stranger not participating in Questival who is down for a trust fall. Then... hold a trust fall.
Get help from strangers and spell "QUESTIVAL" using one human body as each of the letters. (Other Questival participants do not count as strangers for this one.)
Have a teammate do 50 consecutive unbroken pushups and submit a timelapse video of the feat (don't forget your totem).
Give one of your team members a performance review in a real boardroom.
Film a 15 second video teaching how to tie a prusik knot.
Film a 15 second video teaching how to tie an alpine butterfly knot.
Tie a bowline knot in a 15 second video.
Walk like a flock of seagulls across a very public place. (Complete this challenge somewhere that is not a checkpoint/check-in)
Tell your best joke in 15 seconds or less.
Drink water from a freshwater spring (a spring is a point where groundwater flows out of the ground, and is thus where the aquifer surface meets the surface of the earth).
Order some food and record a review as if you are Guy Fieri while you eat it. Remember to say "money" over and over to be authentic.
Personally thank a current/former professor/teacher/coach for the impact they have had on your life. Phone, facetime or skype.
Film a video of your team crossing the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge
Go to a restaurant serving food from a country you've never been to, and eat a dish you've never heard of. Be honest, really try something new and make it count.
Checkpoint 1 - TIMEFRAME (noon-1pm) - Find the Cotopaxi team at Jericho Beach Park, at the Jericho West Parking lot. Complete the challenge and post a team photo showing your checkpoint 1 stamp. Plan extra time, checkpoint closes at 1:00pm exactly.
Practice the ancient art of Origami whilst in nature. Show us what you origamized. Respect the craft, it has to be legit.

Collect 50 pieces of trash along a hiking trail and recycle what you can. #dogood
Hike to Quarry Rock, take a photo overlooking Indian Arm. (3.8 km)

Write a note with 10 things you love about Vancouver and leave it for someone else to find.
Find a peaceful outdoors space, sit down and take 5 minutes to relax in silence and enjoy the moment. (Timelapse, don't forget your totem)
Make then eat a dish entirely out of condiments
Blindfold a teammate and give them 2 different back massages. One with all of your hands, the other with all of your feet. Have them guess which was which.
Brush your teammate's teeth for them, turn the water off whilst brushing. (save water, what what!).
***PRIZE CHALLENGE*** Have two team members dress up as your parents, and recreate a pivotal memory from your childhood. Dig deep.

Make a smoothie using at least 5 different fruits and vegetables.
Watch a sunrise. Take a break and enjoy the moment.

Do a load of laundry. Hang dry instead of using a dryer (energy saver, what what!).

Give everyone on your team new nicknames and create name badges so you don't forget.
Bowl a strike at a bowling alley... then moonwalk backwards and yell Questival.
Go to a bowling alley and challenge a group of strangers to a 'bowl off' and go head to head with them. Losers buy drinks for the winner.
Complete the kickoff challenge at 7:30 (It will be announced from the stage)
Film a video showing how to check the oil, coolant, power steering fluid, brake fluid, and windshield wiper fluid levels in your car. Make sure everything is ship shape.
Create a team logo or crest and draw it on your totem. Make sure to include Vancouver 2017.
