Do your best parkour moves at a local park. Loudly state the word "Parkour" while performing these daring moves.
Stop and smell the roses at the International World Peace Rose Gardens. Do not pick any flowers!!
During daylight hours take a 15 second video with the state capital building in the background and tell what the California state motto means to you.
Mail a sweet potato to a friend using the US Postal Service. Yes a potato and no box is needed.
Make a smoothie using at least 5 different fruits and vegetables.
Hold a formal hula hoop Contest with stranger not participating in the Questival.
Find a busy public place and recite some lyrics from Neil Diamond as thoughtfully as possible.
Make a field goal from the 15 yard line... wait for it... with your left foot then celebrate with a dance.
Video of a team member slam dunking a basketball on a regulation hoop (if you're short get creative).
Challenge a stranger that is not a questival participant to a 50-100 meter foot race in a public park. Be a good sport win or lose.
Swap shoelaces with a member of a different team. Two totems required in the submission.
***PRIZE CHALLENGE*** Craft your own version of the California state artifact.
Take a load off and do some urban hammocking in a creative place. Be respectful of your anchor points when choosing a location.
Creatively take a photo with your favorite piece of street art that you find during Questival.
Have a teammate do 50 consecutive unbroken pushups and submit a timelapse video of the feat (don't forget your totem).
Hold a staring contest with stranger while casually eating a piece of fruit..... don't break eye contact 15 second minimum.

Research the symptoms of heat stroke then make a 15-sec video sharing how to spot the symptoms.
Make a 15-sec video teaching an outdoor skill (backpacking, hiking, camping, cooking, etc).
Go to a driving range and hold a team long-drive competition. Record your longest drive.
Ski or snowboard down a grassy or sandy hill. Turn and burn.
Eat at a roadside diner, order the 5th thing on the menu.

Buy some produce from a local outdoor farmer’s market.

Do a load of laundry. Hang dry instead of using a dryer (energy saver, what what!).

Brush your teammate's teeth for them, turn the water off whilst brushing. (save water, what what!).

Find and photograph a California State Quarter.
Create and complete your own creative Food Challenge (For example, existing food challenges are the Gallon Challenge, Saltine Cracker Challenge, etc.)
Challenge a stranger not competing in the questival to a bubble gum blowing contest.
Timelapse footage of your entire team holding a team plank as long as possible. One teammate may film. #respect. Don't forget your totem.
Go to a bowling alley and challenge a group of strangers to a 'bowl off' and go head to head with them. Losers buy drinks for the winner.
***PRIZE CHALLENGE*** Make a 15 second commercial for the Central valley of California.
Lay face down motionless in a public area for 60 seconds or until a stranger comes to check on you. Timelapse. ((Complete this challenge somewhere that is not a checkpoint/check-in also don't forget your totem)
Bowl a strike at a bowling alley... then moonwalk backwards and yell Questival.

Perform another random act of kindness. Include a short text explanation in your comment. Do something meaningful and make it count!
Go to a restaurant serving food from a country you've never been to, and eat a dish you've never heard of. Be honest, really try something new and make it count.
Order some food and record a review as if you are Guy Fieri while you eat it. Remember to say "money" over and over to be authentic.
Blindfold a teammate and then feed them an unusual and secret food item and see if they can guess what it is.
Give a stranger a compliment in your best foreign accent, make them feel bueno.

Bake a cake, and put candles on it. Find a stranger not participating in questival and sing "Happy (insert the day, i.e. Saturday) To You" to them. Make sure they blow out the candles.
Give flowers to a stranger you see on the street.
Write a note with 10 things you love about Sacramento and leave it for someone else to find.

Tell your best joke in 15 seconds or less.
Eat 1 tablespoon of blue cheese, and immediately after swallowing sing "I'm Blue" by Eiffel 65.

As a team hold a "wall sit" as long as you can.
Give everyone on your team new nicknames and create name badges so you don't forget.
Create a team logo or crest and draw it on your totem. Make a 15 second video explaining your logo.
Visit NothingButNets.net learn a fact about malaria then Visit the Nothing But Nets booth and make a 15 second video sharing your new found knowledge.
Eat something from one of the check-in party food vendors and take a quick pic.
Play cornhole at the Festival with another team
Play Giant "Beer" Pong at the Festival with another team
Take part as a competior or spectator in the dance off. Get a photo/video of the best dance moves. #goforthegold!
Take a selfie or a team picture with one of the Questival flags.
Take a team photo with the Mount Cotopaxi photo backdrop on the backside of the store.
Donate to the IRC by clicking on this link. Take a screenshot of your donation to an IRC rep at the onsite Cotopaxi Store. They'll give you a piece of fabric to write a "Message of Hope" to a refugee. We'll combine these flags from every city to create a giant display at the end of the year.
Successfully arrive at the kick-off/launch party at having parked legally and lawfully or take public transport.
Visit one of your favorite local places in nature.
Come up with and film a 15 second team handshake or cheer.
