Give everyone on your team new nicknames and create name badges so you don't forget.
Create a team logo or crest and draw it on your totem. Make sure to include "SLC 2017".
Jump into a natural (not a pool) body of water with your clothes on. Bring a towel!
Arm wrestle a stranger not participating in questival, while armwrestling another stranger lefty, that's right double armwrestling.
Challenge another team to a 20 foot cartwheel race. Two totems required in submission.
Receive a kiss on the "A" statue at Utah State
Share a doughnut with your team... without using your hands.
Collect all of the garbage you create during your adventure and take a picture of it in the final two hours of Questival then recycle/compost what you can.
Cross the border with another state. Take a video at the border showing how excited you are.
Take a 15 second video and tell what the Utah State Motto means to you.
Go to a restaurant serving food from a country you've never been to, and eat a dish you've never heard of. Be honest, really try something new and make it count.
As a team hold a "wall sit" as long as you can.
Relax and do some tai chi at the International Peace Gardens
Find a statue by Dennis Smith that depicts two children playing Cat's Cradle.
Swap shoelaces with a member of a different team. Two totems required in the submission.
Head to the Refugee Training Center located at 218 W 3900 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84107 between noon and 2pm on Saturday July 29 and check in with the folks at the Wonderment.
Contact the nonprofit of your choice and schedule a time to go in and volunteer with them after the Questival. (PLEASE if you complete this challenge make sure to honor your commitment). #integrity
Drink water from a freshwater spring (a spring is a point where groundwater flows out of the ground, and is thus where the aquifer surface meets the surface of the earth).
Cool off in a natural waterfall (in = completely under getting wet).
Find a peaceful outdoors space, sit down and take 5 minutes to relax in silence and enjoy the moment. (Timelapse, don't forget your totem)
Create a 15 second informational video about the work of one of Cotopaxi's grantees.
Order some food and record a review as if you are Guy Fieri while you eat it. Remember to say "money" over and over to be authentic.
Buy some produce from a local outdoor farmer’s market.
Take a picture at Stewart Falls - 3.5 mi. Easy
Cross the street walking like you would be walking on the moon. Peace out gravity!
Watch a sunrise. Take a break and enjoy the moment.
Brush your teammate's teeth for them, turn the water off whilst brushing. (save water, what what!).
Make a fort in your house and hang out in there

Play a round of Giant "Beer" Pong, Giant Connect Four or Llama "Cornhole" at the Festival with another team.
Grab a bag of Country Archer Jerky for you team at check-in and save it for a challenge that will come later.
Come up with and film a 15 second team handshake or cheer.
Visit one of your favorite local places in nature.
Pick a state or national park you want to visit. Take a 15s video letting us know what you would want to do during your visit.
