As a team hold a "wall sit" as long as you can.
Do your best parkour moves at a local park. Loudly state the word "Parkour" while performing these daring moves.
Have a teammate do 50 consecutive unbroken pushups and submit a timelapse video of the feat (don't forget your totem).
Do your best gymnastics trick on a trampoline that you have permission to use. The rest of your team needs to hold up judging point cards.
