Create and complete your own creative Food Challenge (For example, existing food challenges are the Gallon Challenge, Saltine Cracker Challenge, etc.)
Video your best scare on a teammate.
As a team, dress in any costume and do the Thriller dance in a public venue of your choice. #dothebestyoucan
Cross the street walking like you would be if you were a zombie. #cranberries
Create your greatest "Mummy Fashion" on a teammate using Toilet Paper. (Don't waste the toilet paper, sent it home with a teammate after for good use!)
***PRIZE CHALLENGE*** Make a 15 second commercial for Salt Lake City
Stack 5 apples on top of each other with no other supports.
Have a teammate do 50 consecutive unbroken pushups and submit a timelapse video of the feat (don't forget your totem).
Document the largest living spider you can find. Not from a store or cage/terrarium.
Find a spider, and sing the "Itsy Bitsy Spider" as you film it doing whatever it happens to be doing
Create a 15 second informational video about the work of one of Cotopaxi's grantees.
Visit a historic site/do a hike that is not on this list but should be.
Snack on the state vegetable of Utah.
Make a 15 second music video for the song Ghostbusters by Ray Parker Jr
Howl like a pack of wolves in a public park for 15 seconds at dawn.
Perform a magic trick for a stranger on the street and tell them you ran out of treats.
In a space that allows, purchase and shot put a pumpkin (the size of a shot put shot) as far as you can and measure the distance. Clean up whatever mess you make.
Give a stranger a compliment in your best foreign accent, make them feel bueno.
Decorate your face like a cake. Frosting, sprinkles, whip cream, etc. Get a teammate to taste your fancy face.
Go to a public place and eat an onion like one might eat an apple. Pretend that this is your 'normal' and film others reactions. #secretvideo (Complete this challenge somewhere that is not a checkpoint/check-in)
Make a caramel apple, (or onion if you're feeling sassy) and share it with a friend not participating in Questival. Film their reaction. No store bought caramel apples.
Do something nice for a tourist/visitor out enjoying the city, make their day special.
Give a handful of wrapped Halloween candy to a stranger you see on the street.
Write a note with 10 things you love about Salt Lake City and leave it for someone else to find.
Recreate your favorite nightmare. Be theatrical. 15 second video. Totem needs to be visible.
Food toss trick shot, get fancy tossing food into a teammate's mouth
***PRIZE CHALLENGE*** Make a 15 second team intro video as if you were the stars of an 80"s or 90's sitcom.
Snack on the state fruit of Utah.
Order a pumpkin spice latte under the name "Bueller" when you pick it up tell them "Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it."
Do a real hurdle in your teammate's shoes. (That's right, everyone switch shoes. Go.)
Donate a box of gently used clothing to a nonprofit serving those in need.
Show us the tallest thing you can hurdle.
Donate healthy nonperishable food to the homeless shelter or food bank of your choice. Minimum two items per teammate.
Donate a blanket or coat to a homeless shelter of your choice.

Hug a stranger that is not participating in the Questival for 15 seconds.

Creatively take a photo with your favorite piece of street art that you find during Questival.

Eat an entire mouthful of brown mustard. Fill your mouth to the brim.
Howl like a werewolf in front of the setting or rising sun
Take a picture of a ghost.
Eat at a roadside diner, order the 12th thing on the menu.
Brush your teammate's teeth for them, turn the water off whilst brushing. (save water, what what!).
Tell your best joke in 15 seconds or less.

Eat 1 tablespoon of blue cheese, and immediately after swallowing sing "I'm Blue" by Eiffel 65.
Eat an entire can (15 oz minimum) of canned pumpkin baking filling as fast as you can. Post your time in the video description.

As a team sing the state song of Utah. Sing it loud sing it proud.
Do some good for your local food bank by eating at any Even Stevens location during Questival. Take a photo with your food inside Even Stevens.
Skype, Hangout, or FaceTime with a family member or significant other. Tell them you love them, and tell them about your day.
Blindfold a teammate and then feed them an unusual and secret food item and see if they can guess what it is.
Ride a broomstick through a public place. (Be a respectful witch or warlock. so not on private property ie, malls)
Take a photo dressed like a witch playing quittage with another team's witch. Two totems required.
Find an awesome stranger not participating in Questival who is down for a trust fall. Then... hold a trust fall.
Arm wrestle a stranger not participating in questival, while armwrestling another stranger lefty, that's right double armwrestling.
Hold a staring contest with stranger not participating in the questival while casually eating a piece of fruit..... don't break eye contact 15 second minimum.
Dance on the ceiling, I don't care how just figure it out Lionel Richie did it so you should too.
Make a list of your most proud moments and your most shameful moments of 2017. Make some goals for the last quarter.
Complete the kickoff challenge at 7:30 (It will be announced from the stage)
Make a 15 second speech about llamas to strangers not competing in the questival on an escalator or in an elevator
Educate yourself on a current bill being discussed in the Utah house/Senate (ie, HR 3990). Give us a 15 second review.

Donate to the IRC by clicking on this link. Take a screenshot of your donation to an IRC rep at the Gallivan Center. They'll give you a piece of fabric to write a "Message of Hope" to a refugee.
