Find or make a souvenir that will remind you of the past 24 hours.

Give one of your team members a performance review in a real boardroom.
Collect all of the garbage you create during your adventure and take a picture of it in the final two hours of Questival then recycle/compost what you can.
Go to a grocery store and pretend an avocado (or a similar looking item) is a dragon egg from Game of Thrones. Have a ceremony with a teammate to crown the Queen of the Dragons.
As a team sing the official song of Alberta. Sing it loud sing it proud.
Go to a restaurant serving food from a country you've never been to, and eat a dish you've never heard of. Be honest, really try something new and make it count.
Choreograph a team dance and perform it with audible music in a crowded area. Get permission first from the owner/operator of the crowded area unless it is a free public space. (Complete this challenge somewhere that is not a checkpoint/check-in)
Post a photo from Questival to your blog and put the url in the caption. (Screenshot).
Fit entire team in a phone booth, a real enclosed booth like the kind superman would use or tardis.
Do your best parkour moves at a local park. Loudly state the word "Parkour" while performing these daring moves.
Take a photo in front of the oldest bar in Calgary. Tell us what year it was built in your caption.
Creatively take a photo with your favorite piece of street art that you find during Questival.
Take a load off and do some urban hammocking in a creative place. Be respectful of your anchor points when choosing a location (i.e. don't cross walkways/pathways)
Give flowers to a stranger you see on the street.
Watch a sunrise. Take a break and enjoy the moment.
Partake in some great poutine fries with no hands.
Order some food and record a review as if you are Guy Fieri while you eat it. Remember to say "money" over and over to be authentic.
Get the best deal you can get on food with a coupon.
As a team, join the others and help hold up the Trans Canadian Pipeline Arch.
During daylight hours do a touchdown celebration dance with the McMahon Stadium in the background, yes the actual stadium.
Craft a canoe out of cardboard and float a teammate in it. Must float for 5 seconds minimum and teammate must stay dry.
Swap shoelaces with a member of a different team. Two totems required in the submission.
Challenge another team to a 20 foot cartwheel race. Two totems required in submission.
Have a teammate do 50 consecutive unbroken pushups and submit a timelapse video of the feat (don't forget your totem).
Challenge another questival team to a best of 5 penalty kick competition using a regulation goal two totems in the submission. #goallllllllll
Challenge a stranger that is not a questival participant to a 50-100 meter foot race in a public park that is not a checkpoint. Be a good sport win or lose.
Go to a public place and eat a stock of cauliflower like one might eat an apple. Pretend that this is your 'normal' and film others reactions. #secretvideo (Complete this challenge somewhere that is not a checkpoint/check-in)
Do a humans of New York style post about someone you meet during the 24 hours of Questival who is not a part of the Questival use the caption to tell the story. (Don't forget your totem)
Challenge a non-Questival participant to a jump rope competition in a public space. Provide the jump ropes and offer a prize if they win. #goodsportsmanship
Make large signs and cheer on a random park sporting event, make sure they know you're a fan and make them feel like an allstar.
Checkpoint 1 - TIMEFRAME (1-2pm) - Find the Cotopaxi team at Altadore Park (), complete the challenge and post a team photo showing your checkpoint 2 stamp. Plan extra time, checkpoint closes at 2:00pm exactly.
Bake cookies, share them with your nemesis.
Have a teammate hold their breath while completely submerged in a natural body of water for as long as they can. Submit timelapse footage and record the total time in the description. (don't forget your totem)
Walk (or run) a mile in your teammate's shoes. (That's right, everyone switch shoes. Go.) Timelapse video.
As a team take photo facing upstream on the Weaselhead Flats Bridge. Don't forget your totem!
Fly a paper airplane more than 50 feet
Go to a driving range and hold a team long-drive competition. Record your longest drive.
Contact the nonprofit of your choice and schedule a time to go in and volunteer with them after the Questival. (PLEASE if you complete this challenge make sure to honor your commitment). #integrity
Donate healthy nonperishable food to the homeless shelter or food bank of your choice. Minimum two items per teammate.
Film a video showing how to check the oil, coolant, power steering fluid, brake fluid, and windshield wiper fluid levels in your car. Make sure everything is ship shape.
Research how to correctly treat a snake bite then make a 15-sec video sharing what you learned.
Research the symptoms of heat stroke then make a 15-sec video sharing how to spot the symptoms.
Make a 15 second commercial for the City of Calgary
As a team, join the Armengol Statues in a dance! Why not include some music while you're at it.
Take a photo of the Eau Claire Smokestack and tell us in your caption what who the island is named after.
Take a 15 second video and tell what the Calgary's official motto means to you.
Use kitchenware to perform a boyband song of your choosing, modern or classic. (for an example tap this challenge then tap GO >)
Leave a book at a little free library/tiny library (not a public or city library). Take a video explaining your addition. #readingisFUNdamental
Give one of your teammates a piggy back ride up 3 flights of stairs. #timelapsevideoifnecessary
Give everyone on your team new nicknames and create name badges so you don't forget.
***PRIZE CHALLENGE*** As a team, recreate a scene from OUR favorite Canadian based movie, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.
As a team play hard boiled egg roulette. Make sure to clean up the mess, no littering.
Make a smoothie using at least 5 different fruits and vegetables.
Create a 15 second informational video about the work of one of Cotopaxi's grantees.
Tell your best joke in 15 seconds or less.
Blindfold a teammate and then feed them an unusual and secret food item and see if they can guess what it is.
Create a team logo or crest and draw it on your totem. Make sure to include Calgary 2017.
Brush your teammate's teeth for them, turn the water off whilst brushing. (save water, what what!).
Timelapse footage of your entire team holding a team plank as long as possible. One teammate may film. #respect. Don't forget your totem.
As a team hold a "wall sit" as long as you can.
Tie a bowline knot in a 15 second video.
Blindfold a teammate and give them 2 different back massages. One with all of your hands, the other with all of your feet. Have them guess which was which.
Food toss trick shot, get fancy tossing food into a teammate's mouth
Have a teammate eat a dish entirely out of condiments
Film a 15 second video teaching how to tie an alpine butterfly knot.
Fit one of your teammates completely into a bag/luggage/storage container. #don'tletthemdie
Do a load of laundry. Hang dry instead of using a dryer (energy saver, what what!).
Find and photograph an American State Specific Quarter.
Hug a stranger that is not participating in the Questival for 15 seconds.
Share a doughnut with your team... without using your hands.
