Evening - TIMEFRAME (5pm-7pm) - Find us at Ann Morrison park (where we had check-in). The challenge takes some time to complete, plan accordingly.
Collect all of the garbage you create during your adventure and take a picture of it in the final two hours of Questival then recycle/compost what you can.
Donate healthy nonperishable food to the homeless shelter or food bank of your choice. Minimum two items per teammate.
Give one of your teammates a piggy back ride up 3 flights of stairs. #timelapsevideoifnecessary
Upload a photo collage of 4 Boise traffic boxes featuring the work of local artists. Tell us which is your favorite in the caption.
Take a photo in front of River Sculpture, by Alison Sky. Tell us what river the sculpture represents in the caption.
Do a little research about the Basque People, and take a team photo at the basque Block. Tell us something you learned in the caption.
Lay face down motionless in a public area for 60 seconds or until a stranger comes to check on you. Timelapse. (Complete this challenge somewhere that is not a checkpoint/check-in also don't forget your totem)
Take a team photo in front of Penny Postcard: A Hometown Greeting by Mark Baltes. Tell us what your team's favorite thing about Boise is in your caption.
Create your own Questival challenge and film your team doing it. Tell us what it is in the caption and post on social media inviting your friends to complete your challenge as well. Use the hashtag #QuestivalDaily"
Hold a door open for a stranger, sincerely compliment them as they come through the door.
Start an impromptu YMCA song outside the YMCA.
Get help from strangers and spell "QUESTIVAL" using one human body as each of the letters. (Other questival participants do not count as strangers for this one.)
Take a team photo in front of the Capitol Building. Tell us what the official Idaho State nickname is in the caption.
Go to a public place and eat a stock of cauliflower like one might eat an apple. Pretend that this is your 'normal' and film others reactions. #secretvideo (Complete this challenge somewhere that is not a checkpoint/check-in)
Walk (or run) a mile in your teammate's shoes. (That's right, everyone switch shoes. Go.) Timelapse video.
Film yourself doing a skateboard trick that you invented.
Bake a cake, and put candles on it. Find a stranger and sing "Happy (insert the day, i.e. Saturday) To You" to them. Make sure they blow out the candles. (store bought cake does not count)
Take a load off and do some urban hammocking in a creative place. Be respectful of your anchor points when choosing a location.
Do a load of laundry. Hang dry instead of using a dryer (energy saver, what what!).
***PRIZE CHALLENGE*** Dance on the ceiling, I don't care how just figure it out Lionel Richie did it so you should too.
Prepare and eat an MRE/Mountain House meal #CampEats.
Decorate your face like a cake. Frosting, sprinkles, whip cream, etc. Get a teammate to taste your face.
Bake cookies, share them with your nemesis. (store bought cookies do not count)
***PRIZE CHALLENGE*** Make a 15 second commercial for Boise
Do a humans of New York style post about someone you meet during the 24 hours of Questival who is not a part of the Questival.
Find a peaceful outdoors space, sit down and take 5 minutes to relax in silence and enjoy the moment. (Timelapse, don't forget your totem)
Do your best parkour moves at a local park. Loudly state the word "Parkour" while performing these daring moves.
Ski or snowboard down a grassy or sandy hill. Turn and burn.
Go to a restaurant serving food from a country you've never been to, and eat a dish you've never heard of. Be honest, really try something new and make it count.
Hug a stranger that is not participating in the Questival for 15 seconds.
Afternoon - TIMEFRAME (noon-2pm) - Find us in Camel's Back Park. Plan accordingly, checkpoint closes at 2:00pm exactly.
Mail a potato to a friend using the US Postal Service. No packaging or box is needed, we promise.
Creatively take a photo with your favorite piece of street art that you find during Questival.
Sing the State Song of Idaho as a team at the Boise Train Depot
Donate blood while wearing dracula teeth.
Challenge a stranger not competing in the questival to a bubble gum blowing contest.
Give a stranger not participating in the questival a compliment in your best foreign accent, make them feel bueno.
Find an awesome stranger who you think would be down for a trust fall. Then... hold a trust fall. Find someone who is not participating in the Questival.
Cross the street walking like you would be walking on the moon. Peace out gravity!
***PRIZE CHALLENGE*** Create a piece of chalk art (see link example, do something original) on a public walkway somewhere in The Treasure Valley, (but not at one of our checkpoints)
Walk like a flock of chickens across a very public place. Get clucking! (Complete this challenge somewhere that is not a checkpoint/check-in)
Research how to correctly treat a snake bite then make a 15-sec video sharing what you learned.
Create a 15 second video telling us about your favorite place in Idaho to have an outdoor adventure.
Make a 15-sec video teaching an outdoor skill (backpacking, hiking, camping, cooking, etc).
Research the symptoms of heat stroke then make a 15-sec video sharing how to spot the symptoms.
Film a 15 second video teaching how to tie a prusik knot.
Challenge a non-Questival participant to a jump rope competition in a public space. Provide the jump ropes and offer a prize if they win. #goodsportsmanship
Find a Razor scooter, and shoot a 15 second demo video trying to get sponsored.
Write a note with 10 things you love about Boise and leave it for someone else to find.
Share a large melon as a team, carefully create a helmet from the melon. Take your picture with a non-Questival-participant while wearing your creation. Tap this challenge then tap GO for inspiration >
Swap shoelaces with a member of a different team. Two totems required in the submission.
Cross the border with another state. Take a video at the border doing your best Michael Jackson dance moves. #beatit

Eat the official vegetable of Idaho prepared in your favorite way
Order some food and record a review as if you are Guy Fieri while you eat it. Remember to say "money" over and over to be authentic.
Eat at a roadside diner, order the 7th thing on the menu.
Create and complete your own creative Food Challenge (For example, existing food challenges are the Gallon Challenge, Saltine Cracker Challenge, etc.)
Find a little free library/tiny library. Borrow a book and leave a book video explaining your selection. #readingisFUNdamental
Blindfold a teammate and give them 2 different back massages. One with all of your hands, the other with all of your feet. Have them guess which was which.
Use kitchenware to perform a boyband song of your choosing, modern or classic. (for an example tap this challenge then tap GO >)
Tell your best joke in 15 seconds or less.
Timelapse footage of your entire team holding a team plank as long as possible. One teammate may film. #respect. (don't forget your totem)
Make a 15 second team intro video as if you were the stars of an 80"s or 90's sitcom.
As a team hold a "wall sit" as long as you can.
Create a team logo or crest and draw it on your totem. Make a 15 second video explaining your logo.
***PRIZE CHALLENGE*** Have two team members dress up as your parents, and recreate a pivotal moment from your childhood. Dig deep.
Skype, Hangout, or FaceTime with a family member or significant other. Tell them you love them, and tell them about your day.
Make a smoothie using at least 5 different fruits and vegetables.
Give everyone on your team new nicknames and create name badges so you don't forget.
Watch a sunset. Take a break and enjoy the moment. (Sunset friday is at about 7:30 pm)
Food toss trick shot, get fancy tossing food into a teammate's mouth
Fit one of your teammates completely into a bag/luggage/storage container. #don’tletthemdie
Blindfold a teammate and then feed them an unusual and secret food item and see if they can guess what it is.
Complete the kickoff challenge at 7:30 (It will be announced from the stage)
Successfully arrive at the kick-off/launch party at having parked legally and lawfully or take public transport.
