Create a budget meal you could make for under 3 dollars. Must include at least 3 ingredients

Give one of your team members a performance review in a real boardroom.
Film a 15 second review of your questival experience. Include pros and cons."
Do a humans of New York style post about someone you meet during the 24 hours of Questival who is not a part of the Questival use the caption to tell the story. (Don't forget your totem)
***PRIZE CHALLENGE*** Have two team members dress up as your parents, and recreate a pivotal memory from your childhood. Dig deep.
Blindfold a teammate and then feed them an unusual and secret food item and see if they can guess what it is.
Give one of your teammates a piggy back ride up 3 flights of stairs. #timelapsevideoifnecessary
As a team hold a "wall sit" as long as you can.
Share a doughnut with your team... without using your hands.
COMPLETE BOTH COTOPAXI CHECKPOINT CHALLENGES - Submit team photo with both passport stamps visible.
Checkpoint 2 - TIMEFRAME (5pm-6pm) - Find the Cotopaxi team at Mission Bay Park, complete the challenge and post a team photo showing your checkpoint 2 stamp. Plan accordingly the challenge takes some time to complete.
Personally thank a current/former professor/teacher/coach for the impact they have had on your life. Phone, facetime or skype.
Challenge another team to a 20 foot cartwheel race. Two totems required in submission.
Swap shoelaces with a member of a different team. Two totems required in the submission.
Timelapse footage of your entire team holding a team plank as long as possible. One teammate may film. #respect. Don't forget your totem.
Write a note with 10 things you love about San Diego and leave it for someone else to find.
Take a video sharing what your favorite SoCal hike is.
Tell your best joke in 15 seconds or less.
Video a teammate throwing a doughnut hole as fast as they can at another teammate's face (Protect your eyes!).
Film a 15 second video teaching how to tie an alpine butterfly knot.
Research the symptoms of heat stroke then make a 15-sec video sharing how to spot the symptoms.
Research how to correctly treat a snake bite then make a 15-sec video sharing what you learned.
Take a load off and do some urban hammocking in a creative place. Be respectful of your anchor points when choosing a location (i.e. don't cross walkways/pathways)
Practice the ancient art of Origami whilst in nature. Show us what you organized. Respect the craft, it has to be legit.
Go to a public place and eat a stock of cauliflower like one might eat an apple. Pretend that this is your 'normal' and film others reactions. #secretvideo (Complete this challenge somewhere that is not a checkpoint/check-in)
Show us your best volleyball serve over an actual volleyball net at a real volleyball court with a volleyball.

Creatively take a photo with your favorite piece of street art that you find during Questival.
Eat at a roadside diner, order the 12th thing on the menu.
Relax, take a breath, and do some Tai Chi at Sunset Cliffs Natural Park during daylight hours.
Take a nautical themed team photo with the USS Recruit.
During daylight hours do a touchdown celebration dance with the Torero Stadium in the background, yes the actual stadium.
Start an impromptu YMCA song outside the YMCA.
Take a video of a blue house hanging off the edge of a building.
Checkpoint 1 - TIMEFRAME (noon-1pm) - Find the Cotopaxi team at Sunset Park in Coronado, complete the challenge and post a team photo showing your checkpoint 1 stamp. Plan extra time, checkpoint closes at 1:00pm exactly.
Take a photo in front of the Xanadu estate from Orson Wells’ Citizen Kane.
Make a 15-sec video teaching an outdoor skill (backpacking, hiking, camping, cooking, etc).
Take a team photo in front of iconic suburban shrubs cut out as animals. DO NOT TOUCH THE SHRUBS
Take a creative team photo outside of your favorite Balboa Park museum. Come back another day for a proper visit (San Diego resident free day info tap this challenge then tap GO >)
Take a photo of a horse on a carousel.
Leave a book at a little free library/tiny library (not a public or city library). Take a video explaining your addition. #readingisFUNdamental
Find one of San Diego's few remaining wooden pedestrian suspension bridges and take a team photo on it.

Bike, run, skate or walk as a team around Coranado island (the residential side not the military base). Take a collage of at least 4 photos along the way.
Take a creative team picture with the the state flag of California
***PRIZE CHALLENGE*** Take a team photo from the highest vantage point you can access for FREE. The higher the better. NO DRONES.
Give flowers to a stranger you see on the street.
During daylight hours take a video sharing an interesting fact about the USS Midway with the ship in the background.
Buy some produce from a local outdoor farmer’s market.
Hold a staring contest with stranger not participating in the questival while casually eating a piece of fruit..... don't break eye contact 15 second minimum.
Order some food and record a review as if you are Guy Fieri while you eat it. Remember to say "money" over and over to be authentic.

Write a six-word story about Cotopaxi.
Make a 15 second commercial for the City of San Diego
Take a 15 second video and tell what the California state motto means to you.
Create a 15 second informational video about the work of one of Cotopaxi's grantees.
Food toss trick shot, get fancy tossing food into a teammate's mouth
Give everyone on your team new nicknames and create name badges so you don't forget.
Create a team logo or crest and draw it on your totem. Make sure to include "San Diego 2017".
Visit your favorite Karaoke bar/restaurant spot and sing a song by Blink-182. Preferably one from a Tom Delonge album
Walk across the street as if you were Bernie from Weekend at Bernie's (using a cross walk).
Go to a restaurant serving food from a country you've never been to, and eat a dish you've never heard of. Be honest, really try something new and make it count.
Fit entire team in a phone booth, a real enclosed booth like the kind superman would use or tardis.
Go to a busy part of the Gaslamp District put on your headphones and karaoke your heart out to your favorite song, the whole song, BE LOUD. (aka "Headphone Karaoke")
Walk like a flock of seagulls across a very public place. (Complete this challenge somewhere that is not a checkpoint/check-in)
Find an awesome stranger not participating in Questival who is down for a trust fall. Then... hold a trust fall.
As a team do a 15 second 'Backpack Kid' dance in a busy area of the Gaslamp District. Have a stranger film.
Take a team video on the longest self-anchored pedestrian bridges in the world.
Cross the street walking like you would be walking on the moon. Peace out gravity!
Go to a public place where music is playing and challenge a stranger not participating in questival to a dance battle. Make it legit. Create non-monetary stakes. Loser pays up. (Complete this challenge somewhere that is not a checkpoint/check-in)
Take an awkward family photo of entire team on a spiral staircase.
Hug an arecaceae, make it feel loved.
Take a team video at a mosaic garden of sculptures, snake walls and totems symbolizing mythic figures related to California’s history by artist Niki de Saint Phalle.
Complete the kickoff challenge at 7:30 (It will be announced from the stage)
Tell us something you learned from the 7:15pm app explanation (it happens from the stage).
Eat something from one of the check-in party food vendors and take a quick pic.
Play a round of Giant Connect Four or Llama "Cornhole" at the Festival with another team.
Take part in the "Follow-the-Llama" Dance competition, get a photo/video of someone from your team participating. #goforthegold!
Take a selfie or a team picture with Miguel the Llama. (We will announced from the stage when Miguel arrives)
Visit NothingButNets.net learn a fact about malaria then Visit the Nothing But Nets booth and make a 15 second video sharing your new found knowledge.
Successfully arrive at the kick-off/launch party at having parked legally and lawfully or take public transport.
