Drink water from a freshwater spring (a spring is a point where groundwater flows out of the ground, and is thus where the aquifer surface meets the surface of the earth).
Checkpoint 2 - TIMEFRAME (6pm-7pm) - Find the Cotopaxi team at The Boardwalk at Waterfront park, complete the challenge and post a team photo showing your checkpoint 2 stamp. Plan accordingly the challenge takes some time to complete.
Collect all of the garbage you create during your adventure and take a picture of it in the final two hours of Questival then recycle/compost what you can.
Watch a sunset. Take a break and enjoy the moment.
Do a little research about fire safety and upload a video sharing what you learned.
Visit the Burlington Earth Clock during daylight hours. Figure out how to use it to well what time of day it is, and upload a video showing us how.
Write a note with 10 things you love about Vermont and leave it for someone else to find.
Hug a stranger that is not participating in the Questival for 15 seconds.
Order some food and record a review as if you are Guy Fieri while you eat it. Remember to say "money" over and over to be authentic.
Go to a restaurant serving food from a country you've never been to, and eat a dish you've never heard of. Be honest, really try something new and make it count.
Perform a random act of kindness. Include a short text explanation in your comment. Do something meaningful and make it count!
Do a humans of New York style post about someone you meet during the 24 hours of Questival who is not a part of the Questival use the caption to tell the story. (Don't forget your totem)
Feed a meal from a street vendor to one of your teammates only using your knees.
Timelapse footage of your entire team holding a team plank as long as possible. One teammate may film. #respect. Don't forget your totem.
Do a load of laundry. Hang dry instead of using a dryer (energy saver, what what!).
Find a Razor scooter, and shoot a 15 second demo video trying to get sponsored.
Donate a box of gently used clothing to a nonprofit serving those in need.
Checkpoint 1 - TIMEFRAME (noon-1pm) - Find the Cotopaxi team at Oakledge Park, complete the challenge and post a team photo showing your checkpoint 1 stamp. Plan extra time, checkpoint closes at 1:00pm exactly.
Visit the World's Tallest Filing Cabinet, take a photo in front of it and make it your Linkedin profile picture. Upload a screenshot as proof. Don't forget your totem.
Eat a beetle #doubledareyou.
Give flowers to a stranger you see on the street.
Show us your best volleyball serve over an actual volleyball net at a real volleyball court with a volleyball.
Skip a rock at least 7 times on water.
Jump into a natural (not a pool) body of water with your clothes on. Bring a towel!
Swap shoelaces with a member of a different team. Two totems required in the submission.
Challenge a non-Questival participant to a jump rope competition in a public space. Provide the jump ropes and offer a prize if they win. #goodsportsmanship
Give a toast to a teammate and then take a swig of the official state beverage of Vermont. Tell us what it is in your caption.

Contact the nonprofit of your choice and schedule a time to go in and volunteer with them after the Questival. (PLEASE if you complete this challenge make sure to honor your commitment). #integrity
Get help from strangers and spell "QUESTIVAL" using one human body as each of the letters. (Other questival participants do not count as strangers for this one.)
As a team hold a "wall sit" as long as you can.

Create a 15 second informational video about the work of one of Cotopaxi's grantees.
Share a doughnut with your team... without using your hands.

Creatively take a photo with your favorite piece of street art that you find during Questival.

Find the local Wizard of OZ "Flying Monkeys" in Burlington and take a team picture as if they are chasing you.
